Abstract This paper designs a finite‐time convergence protocol and an event‐triggered control protocol based on Zero‐Gradient‐Sum (ZGS) algorithm under stochastic switching undirected topology, respectively, which greatly expands the theory of continuous‐time distributed optimization algorithms.
