Summary:Abstract Along with the increasing number of percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs), rare complications occur more frequently than before. In this case, we represent a patient with inferior ST-elevation myocardial infarction whom became complicated with entrapment of unraveled coronary guidewire during primary PCI and our percutaneous intervention despite previously recommended surgical management in the same situation.
