Key themes such as organizational performance, myopia, digital transformation with managerial foresight, knowledge/learning practices, environmental variables, resilience, and innovation were identified. The study emphasizes the importance of aligning short-term goals with long-term strategic objectives and highlights the challenges of managerial myopia and the role of innovative solutions in fostering organizational flexibility. This research provides a comprehensive framework for understanding and addressing organizational myopia, offering valuable insights for future research and practical applications to navigate its complexities effectively.
