The relationship of the temperament of the subject of crime with the characteristics of offences

The features of communication psychological characteristics of temperament types of crimes. The analysis of scientific views on the role of temperament in the predisposition of the individual to the crime. With the help of empirical study confirmed the hypothesis that the subjects who had committed certain type of crime have specific personal psychological characteristics that reveal the determinants of their offences. The personality questionnaires EPI and MMPI used methods of analysis of personal files of prisoners; observation of their behaviour and discussions with them; drawing up of psychological portraits. Also developed and used an original questionnaire. The results showed that among criminals-murderers is dominated by people with a tendency to choleric expression of properties of temperament, expressed the need for self-affirmation, affective behavior, impulsivity, and disregard for social demands. The perpetrators of the theft inherent in the assertion of his personality not only in the eyes of the environment, but above all in its own. The perpetrators of rape there is usually no clear idea of traditionally male and female traits in behaviour, the relationship between a man and a woman are limited to sexual function. Criminals convicted of fraud and hooliganism, unable to establish contact with others not able to take the point of view of another, there is a disregard for moral and ethical standards. Раскрыты особенности связи психологических свойств темперамента с типами преступлений. Проведен анализ научных представлений о роли темперамента в предрасположенности личности к преступлению. С помощью эмпирического исследования подтверждена гипотеза о том, что испытуемые, совершившие определенный тип преступления, имеют специфические личностно психологические характеристики, раскрывающие детерминанты их правонарушений. В работе кроме личностных опросников EPI и MMPI использованы методы анализа личных дел осужденных; наблюдения их поведения и беседы с ними; составления психологических портретов. Также разработана и использована оригинальная анкета. Результаты показали, что среди преступников-убийц преобладают люди с тенденцией к выражению холерических свойств темперамента, выраженной потребностью в самоутверждении, аффективным поведением, импульсивностью и пренебрежением к социальным требованиям. Преступникам, совершившим воровство, свойственно утверждение своей личности не только в глазах окружения, но, прежде всего, в своих собственных. У виновных в совершении изнасилований обычно отсутствует ясное представление о традиционно мужских и женских чертах в поведении, отношения между мужчиной и женщиной ограничиваются сексуальными функциями. Преступники, осужденные за мошенничество и хулиганство, не способны устанавливать контакты с окружающими, не умеют встать на точку зрения другого, у них наблюдается пренебрежение к морально-этическим нормам.
