Progressive limb hardening in a young woman
We report the case of a 31-year-old woman with a 6-month history of progressive swelling and hardening in all four limbs. A thorough assessment, including clinical findings, laboratory tests, imaging studies and histopathological examination, resulted in an accurate diagnosis.
