Summary:The patient was female, 29 years old, Han Nationality and married. Chief complaints: An over 20 years' history of congenital heart disease. She was admitted to a hospital for brain abscess operation in April 2006. During the hospitalization, color echocardiography showed a pulmonary transvalvar gradient of 134 mmHg, suggesting pulmonary valve stenosis. The patient was admitted to the department of cardiothoracic surgery in the present hospital for treamlent on August 8. 2006.
