Summary:We experienced a relatively rare case of tuberculosis of the hand. Diagnosis of bone and joint tuberculosis is difficult today because the number of patients is low and especially if the patient has suffered from rheumatoid arthritis, the diagnosis become more difficult. In addition if the patient has been treated with steroids, future management will be difficult, making it hard to care for such patients.
