Le déroulé de différentes vignettes cliniques viendra étayer une réflexion élaborée par le biais d’allers-retours entre clinique et théorisations. Les gestes imitatifs sont repositionnés dans le contexte des rencontres. Accompagnant une certaine palette d’affects, les imitations pourraient entrer en corrélation avec différents mouvements psychiques adressés au thérapeute, témoignant ainsi d’une certaine conscience de soi et de l’Autre. Cette gestuelle, en quelque sorte reproductive, s’avère un levier intéressant dans l’accompagnement psychothérapique. We carried out a long-term psychological accompaniment based upon a phenomenological and more specifically a clinical approach. We were able to check our hypothesis : when language disappears we can still observe body language. The content of the clinical accompaniment will help us to develop our thinking. We will elaborate our ideas by going back and forth between theory and clinical observations. The imitative gestures are repositioned in the context of the sessions. These imitative gestures accompany different feelings. The imitative gestures could match the patient’s psychic movements and could be interpreted by the therapist. Therefore they could reveal a certain awareness of self and the Other. These body movements, mostly reproductive, turn out to be an interesting path for psychotherapeutic accompaniment. |

Encore faut-il que le thérapeute, â partir de ses propres processus psychique, puisse se preter comme lieu possible d'accueil de ces ressentis. e) Utilisation des gestes signifiants pour restituer une place au sujet Bien que des objets sensoriels soient introduits dans le but de creer un contact, les seances intermédiaires entre la 14e et la 32' entrevue semblent presenter, en dehors des éclairs de lucidité, des scénes récurrentes. La difference des corps, constituée dans l'absence et presence de l'autre, aurait-elle pour prolongement ľintimité, vue non comme l'absence d'un corps présent mais comme la presence d'un corps présent ľ En d'autres termes, elle ne peut pas faire la méme chose si l'autre est présent ou absent et si elle peut se le représenter ainsi. Ľintimité n'est-elle pas aussi liée å la preservation d'une image ideale de soi que l'autre pourrait recevoir ľ Méme si Limitation et le transitivisme, oü le sujet attribue ses emotions ressenties en son intérieur â un compagnon (Wallon, 1934; Lacan, 1938, 1949, 1954, 1964), donnent le sentiment d'esquisser un ehemin vers l'autre, ce dernier peut sûrement étre constitue de nuances trés importantes.
