Abstract Purpose: The study aims to perform a bibliometric analysis of organizational resilience articles in the management field and thus reveal the conceptual and intellectual structure of the field. Design/methodology/approach - For this purpose, we searched the Web of Science (WoS) database, identified 725 publications with the term "organizational resilience" in their titles, abstracts, and keywords, and included 200 articles published in the management field in the research. These publications were examined with keyword co-occurrence analysis and citation analysis techniques and visualized with the VOS viewer 1.6.18 software version. Findings – Wedetermined that the highest number of articles on the subject were published in 2021 and the first seven months of 2022. In addition, the citations to these articles reached the highest level in the mentioned periods. As a result of the key word co-occurrence analysis, the most frequently examined keyword with organizational resiliencewasCovid-19. Crisis management, dynamic capabilities, supply chain resilience, and firm performance followed this concept. According to the citation analysis, the most cited article belongs to Lengnick-Hall et al. (2011). While the journal that published organizational resilience articles and received the most references is the Human Resource Management Review, the University of North Carolinais the most cited institution. Discussion – The study determined that the interest in organizational resilience in management increased significantly with the Covid-19 epidemic. The study will contribute to the academic literature and the public and private sector managers by providing a general framework for organizational resilience.
