Abstract The Front Cover demonstrates the photoluminescence phenomenon in a large single crystal of [BnMIm]4[MnBr4]Br2. Bright green emission of the prepared material is achieved through rational structural design, which involves lowering the concentration of [MnBr4]2− tetrahedra (shown in dark green) in the crystal structure to reduce non‐radiative relaxation and increasing the crystallinity of the material through π‐π stacking between [BnMIm]+ cations (shown in grayscale).
