水性聚氨酯改性乳化沥青制备及性能研究
研制了一种高性能的水性聚氨酯改性乳化沥青,通过测其3大指标及储存稳定性,结合荧光和红外微观分析,对不同比例改性剂掺量对稳定性以及其蒸发残留物性能的影响变化规律,研究表明加入水性聚氨酯改性剂后,使得乳化沥青的温度敏感性降低,具有了高温稳定性.通过对其红外光谱分析发现,水性聚氨酯改性乳化沥青物理改性和化学改性同时并存....

Abstract_FL | The development of a high-performance waterborne polyurethane modified emulsified asphalt is described in this paper.By measuring the residues of the three major indexes and storage stability,and combining with fluorescence and infrared microscopic analysis,the effect of the ratio of modifier on the stability and the properties of the residue is investigated.Study shows that after adding waterborne polyurethane modified agent,the temperature of the emulsified asphalt reduced susceptibility and the emulsified asphalt has the high temperature stability.The infrared spectrum analysis shows that chemical modification and physical modification coexist at the same time by adding waterborne polyurethane modified agent. |
