钢结构厚板层状撕裂及其防止措施的研究现状
层状撕裂是钢结构厚板中的一种脆性断裂形式,通常发生在十字形接头、T形接头和角接接头中。本文结合正在进行的《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017-2003)的修订工作,对钢结构厚板的层状撕裂问题进行专门的研究综述。从钢材材质、接头应力状态及焊接工艺等三方面分析了层状撕裂的产生机理及其影响因素;并从钢材选材、结构接头设计、加工及焊接工艺措施等方面提出了防止钢结构厚板层状撕裂的技术措施。最后,简要介绍了国内外关于钢结构厚板层状撕裂的相关研究进展。本文对厚板钢材的选材及防止钢结构厚板的层状撕裂具有一定的指导意义。...
