Summary:The hollow enter shaft is an important component of the wind generator accelerator. It belongs to large complex parts and has higher request on the strength. And its structure affects the normal operation of wind turbine. The hollow enter shaft with accurate 3D profile is set up. By using the finite element analysis software,the method of constraints and loading is determined,on the basis of the analysis structure of hollow shaft. The static analysis of the hollow enter shaft and contact analysis of the torque transfer region are carried out,reasonable assessment to the strength performance of the shaft is also carried out,a theoretical basis to the reliability optimal design is proved. The results of the analysis has been used in engineering practice.
