協作領導在學校經營上的價值與應用

In an era of rapid changes in the global educational landscape, the operational model of school organizations has gradually shifted from traditional hierarchical management to a more open and interactive collaborative model. Consequently, collaborative leadership has emerged as a response to this shift, fostering active participation among multiple stakeholders to facilitate shared decision-making and implementation. This approach drives school improvement and enables institutions to navigate the high complexity of educational settings.
