There are many different factors of inclusion; such as pupil's specific needs; professional requirements of a teacher and others co-workers in the field of pedagogy. The thesis focuses on those aspects that support the whole education process; e.g. the presence of a teacher's assistant in the class who is needed for the pupils with special learning difficulties; collective education of pupils in a single class; barrier-free access and technical equipment or the option of mentoring. For the purposes of my work; non-standardized questionnaire has been used as the main research method. In some cases; the results have been surprising; in the others they simply confirmed the real-life practice. The results and conclusions can be used as a starting point for other works with similiar or same topic. The data collected in my research can be used for a more thorough processing of inclusion in the Czech Republic; diplomová práce
