STUDY ROOM RESERVATIONS

Need a quiet place to study or focus? Our library offers individual study rooms – ideal for learning and teamwork. You can easily book your own quiet space.

How to reserve a study room?

• All registered library users (students, employees, external users) can reserve a study room after logging in.
• You can reserve individual study rooms from Monday to Saturday during library opening hours.
• Reserving a study room is simple: after logging in, select a room and time slot from the calendar.
• Please note that reservations must be made in advance. Reservations for the following day must be made no later than 5 PM (12 PM on Fridays). After this time, reservations can only be made for the following days..
• After you make a reservation, we will send you a confirmation so you know you can count on it.
• You can also reserve a study room at the desk on the second or third floor. Please provide your contact email.
• Please note that individual study rooms are not intended for commercial purposes.

How much will it cost to reserve a study room?

• The reservation fee is CZK 40 per hour per room. A full-day classroom reservation costs 400 CZK.
• You will see an estimated price when you make your reservation. We will send the final amount in the confirmation email, and you will find it in your reader account in the catalogue, too.
• You can make the payment in cash or by credit or student card at the lending desk on the second floor.
