Douglas Woolley
Douglas John Faulkner-Woolley (born 1936) is a ''
Titanic'' eccentric who claims to own the legal rights to the
wreck of the ship. He is also the founder and CEO of Seawise Titanic Salvage Co. For most of his life, Woolley has planned to raise the wreck of ''Titanic'', a scheme that has not yet come to fruition.
