Aleksandr Shabalin
Aleksandr Osipovich Shabalin (; – 16 January 1982) was a Russian Soviet Navy and torpedo boat commander who was twice awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union during World War II. After the war he attained the rank of counter-admiral.
